{"id":8222,"date":"2012-10-25T11:57:06","date_gmt":"2012-10-25T18:57:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=8222"},"modified":"2012-10-25T11:57:06","modified_gmt":"2012-10-25T18:57:06","slug":"blue-red","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.peterstromquist.com\/?p=8222","title":{"rendered":"When Blue and Red Are the Same"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No, it&#8217;s not a political post, unless you consider the cooked state of burgers political! \u00a0 Like all of you, I have been assaulted by political ads and emails these past few weeks, and it got me to wondering, are blue and red ever the same?<\/p>\n<p>Turns out, in my mind, yes!<\/p>\n<p>Americans sometime ask for their burgers &#8220;red&#8221;, or &#8220;bloody red&#8221;, meaning very rare; \u00a0in other parts of the world, to indicate the same thing, you&#8217;d request your meat to be &#8220;blue&#8221; (bleu), which is red in the middle!<\/p>\n<p>Simple?
