<\/a>on an occasion or <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2009\/11\/where-7-eleven-sandwiches-come-from\/\">two<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 That&#8217;s my phrase for them, it&#8217;s not a trade label.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>I generally stay away from the &#8220;salad varieties&#8221;\u00a0 (tuna, egg), but the meat and cheese ones seem harmless.\u00a0 Pretty much my favorite is Deli Express&#8217; muffaletta.\u00a0 They take a little poetic license with the original recipe, but I like it just the same. <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Today I was perusing the cooler at my favorite Chinatown mini mart, and spotted Portland Sandwich Company&#8217;s version of a &#8220;Reuben.&#8217;\u00a0 $3.49.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>I took it back to the office and dissected it.\u00a0 The label lists 64 separate ingredients that make up the corned beef, swiss, bread, and thousand island dressing (which I scrapped off).\u00a0\u00a0 Two of the more interesting ones were &#8220;saurekraut&#8221;
