Of course what caught my eye was the sign in the window, these folksknow their priorities! (And mine).   In the mood for just a light bite, we had the fried calamari, and a parmesan-cream cheese-roasted red pepper dip with pita chips.  Everything on the menu appears to be prepared on the spot, this place is obviously not a Sysco (or similar) customer.   The food was great, the service great.
