I started with an order of Poutine, which I had recently lamented wasn&#8217;t available in the U.S.   They showed me!  Must be a Canadian in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ve had a &#8220;flight&#8221; of wine, but have you had a flight of hot dogs?   We did.  One each, New York style, Chicago style, and Portland style.  I&#8217;d pass on the latter next time.   There&#8217;s something odd about fish and tube steak going together.
