{"id":3079,"date":"2010-05-10T16:20:59","date_gmt":"2010-05-10T23:20:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=3079"},"modified":"2010-05-10T16:20:59","modified_gmt":"2010-05-10T23:20:59","slug":"duluth-mn-fitgers-brewhouse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.peterstromquist.com\/?p=3079","title":{"rendered":"Duluth, MN &#8211; Fitger&#8217;s Brewhouse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/brewhouse2png.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3081\" title=\"brewhouse2png\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/brewhouse2png-300x189.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a>The old Fitgers Brewery along the shores of Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, is the site of a pretty nice hotel, a smattering of touristy shops, and a couple of dining establishments, including &#8220;The Brewhouse.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minnesota Burger Reporter Kawikamedia stopped in the Brewhouse the other day with an engorged burger posse, and sampled the Red Angus burger with a slice of cheddar, extra pickles, and a side of sweet potato fries. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brewhouse.net\/2005\/site\/\"> According to the menu online<\/a>, &#8220;Red&#8221; Angus is an upgrade, from the usual USDA certified Angus 1\/2 pounder they usually serve.
