The Vortex,\u00a0 Atlanta, GA, has been on my \u201cmust\u2026\u2026\u2026..stop\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026eat\u201d\u00a0 list for a long time.\u00a0 Underground whispers, street rumors,\u00a0 gossip have long been around about the famous \u201cDouble Coronary Bypass Burger\u201d,\u00a0 a legend if there ever was one.\u00a0\u00a0 One-half pound of sirloin, topped with two fried eggs,\u00a0 four slices of America Cheese,\u00a0 five slices of bacon, and the bun?\u00a0\u00a0 Glad you asked.\u00a0 A singular delicious grilled cheese sandwich taking the place of each bun half.\u00a0 Yep, two grilled cheese sandwiches for buns.<\/p>\n

Confronted with the option of devouring this monster, could I?\u00a0 Would I?\u00a0 Should I?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well, turns out at the last moment, someone said \u201ctry and onion rings\u201d, and I knew I couldn\u2019t do the Double and the rings at the same sitting, and when would I be here again?<\/p>\n

So it was the ordinary Coronary Bypass Burger, which forgoes the grilled cheese(s) for a regular bun, is missing one fried egg, 1 strip of bacon, and 1 slice of american processed cheese food.<\/p>\n

It was incredible.\u00a0\u00a0 And nice pickle!<\/p>\n
