But in the interest of accurately, I think &#8220;simmered&#8221; (in water) is more accurate.\u00a0 Also swimming in that water on the flattop? A gajillion pieces of sliced onion.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t get it?<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a short video I found on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wt89PJYfdtA\" width=\"460\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>The menu is as basic as a food seller can get.\u00a0 Hamburger. Canned soda. Chips.\u00a0 End of story. My pic at the top shows a burger without onion on the left, with on the right.<\/p>\n<p>There are a modest number of condiments available.<\/p>\n<p>$5.00 for each smash burger.\u00a0 And worth it.\u00a0 And worth the drive, from whereever you are, because Praire du Chien, WI is not on the way to or from anywhere!<\/p>\n<p>But it is also home to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valleyfishpdc.com\/\">Valley Fish and Cheese<\/a>, a really fun stop that I have also written about. Somewhere on this site.
