It&#8217;s even on the menu at McDonalds in Hawaii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I first experienced it in Cali years and years ago and really liked it,\u00a0so now when I see it offered I generally get it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I&#8217;ve had it on <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2010\/06\/oregon-washington-abbys-legendary-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pizza in Oregon<\/a>, and for breakfast at the <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2010\/05\/western-states-black-bear-diners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Black Bear\u00a0chain<\/a> and a <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2010\/05\/petaluma-ca-three-cooks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">local legend in Petaluma<\/a>, CA. You&#8217;ll frequently find it\u00a0at those AYCE <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2012\/06\/dallas-tx-fogo-de-chao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brazilian steakhouses<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Iconic Milwaukee sausage purveyor, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usinger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Usingers<\/a>, has their own version,\u00a0and it&#8217;s all pork, seasonings, in a hog casing. Very few of those\u00a0long word <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/5-20170516_144755.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-17099\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-17099\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/5-20170516_144755-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Usingers Linguica Sausage Review\" width=\"250\" height=\"139\" \/><\/a>ingredients that you have no idea what they are, anyway.\u00a0I often buy Usingers. I am very fond of their NC hot dogs. Quality. You can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usinger.com\/deli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">have their products shipped<\/a>. They have nice holiday gifts too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So I had high expectations for the linguica, and I wasn&#8217;t disappointed\u00a0them. They are a little hefty to be served on a regular hot dog bun,\u00a0but I gave it the old college try, anyway, with yellow mustard only. They would be fantastic on the grill.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The sausage is smoked, garlic and paprika, a coarser grind than you usually see in mass\u00a0market appeal meats, the flavor was great, as was the heartiness of\u00a0the casing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I&#8217;ll keep some on hand.
