{"id":14297,"date":"2015-06-01T10:29:52","date_gmt":"2015-06-01T15:29:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=14297"},"modified":"2015-06-01T10:29:52","modified_gmt":"2015-06-01T15:29:52","slug":"klements-corned-beef-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.peterstromquist.com\/?p=14297","title":{"rendered":"Klements Corned Beef Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I have been o<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-14300\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/color-klements-logo.jpg\" alt=\"Klement's Corned Beef Review\" width=\"271\" height=\"154\" \/>n a mission lately on corned beef and pastrami, haven&#8217;t I? \u00a0Last week, it was <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/2015\/05\/prima-della-pastrami-review-wal-mart-in-house-brand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WalMart&#8217;s house brand<\/a>, and I&#8217;ve <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?s=corned+beef&amp;search=Search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previously covered<\/a> Dietz &amp; Watson, Vienna Beef, and others. \u00a0This week, it&#8217;s up to sausage town Milwaukee, to cover one of their iconic brands, Klement&#8217;s, which was on sale at one of my local groceries for $6.99 a pound, almost half the price of national brands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Klement&#8217;s is full of rich flavor and has a fairly nice texture\/chewability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredients and nutrition are not found on the Klement&#8217;s site, unfortunately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The product is showing a little of that iridescent one occasionally sees on sliced meat, which naturally occurs when the iron in meat comes in contact with a knife or slicer resulting in a slight oxidation. \u00a0The sharper the knife or slicer, the more brilliant the colors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Klement&#8217;s can go on my &#8216;regular&#8217; list, especially when it&#8217;s at this price point.
