{"id":14202,"date":"2015-05-15T10:49:06","date_gmt":"2015-05-15T15:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=14202"},"modified":"2015-05-15T10:49:06","modified_gmt":"2015-05-15T15:49:06","slug":"lobster-sliders-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.peterstromquist.com\/?p=14202","title":{"rendered":"Lobster Sliders Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/20150514_112223.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-14204\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/20150514_112223-300x147.jpg\" alt=\"Lobster Slider Review\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a>I was so \u201ckitchen bored\u201d today, thought I would try out the \u201cLobster Sliders\u201d I grabbed at dollar store a couple weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Made by the \u201cPride and Joy\u201d brand, part of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.louisianashrimpers.com\/products.html\">Indian Ridge Shrimp Company<\/a> out of Cauvin, LA, the (total weight) 3.5 ounce patties are made from lobster meat, bread crumbs, egg, spices, and a zillion other ingredients you can&#8217;t pronounce.<\/p>\n<p>You can pan fry them (I did) or bake them, and the instructions cautions that they &#8216;burn&#8217; easily, and I found that out.<\/p>\n<p>They taste &#8216;vaguely&#8217; like lobster, but more like a fast food fishwich without a crunchy coating. Worth a dollar? Sure. Worth buying again? Not for me.<\/p>\n<p>Buns are not included.
