It is sold in a 3# bag for 7.50 in your local store at our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=1289\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online store<\/a>. The instructions are straight-forward, and not unlike any dough recipe, to wit<\/p>\n<p>3 1\/2 c mix<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 t salt<\/p>\n<p>2 T olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 C warm water<\/p>\n<p>2 t instant yeast<\/p>\n<p>Combine in bowl and mix\/knead by hand or with mixer dough hook (latter was mychoice).\u00a0 Whereas some recipes call for placing the yeast in the water to let it take action first, this recipe does not, and I followed their stated method.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It further went on to say to let it rest\/rise for one hour, and I let it go for a full two hours.<\/p>\n<p>They claim a batch makes two 14&#8243; thin crust recipes, so the three pound bag should be good for about 3 batches, or 6 pizzas, resulting in a net cost per crust of $1.25, which is less than you can buy pre-made dough at the grocery.<\/p>\n<p>After rising, and rolling out, the crusts are ready for the oven.\u00a0 In trying to duplicate a pizzaria oven,\u00a0 I do use a stone and start @ 500 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>I found the product similar to KA&#8217;s other pizza mix <a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/?p=1006\">I reviewed earlier<\/a>, it was excellent for rolling and stretchability, although the &#8220;Classic Pizza Crust&#8221; mix seemed to get a little crispier.\u00a0\u00a0 This was fine, tho, crispy on the rim, chewy in the middle.\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;ll definitely purchase more.<\/p>\n<p>After 14 minutes, the product looks like this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/ho-pizza_04-PNG.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1320\" title=\"ho pizza_04  PNG\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/ho-pizza_04-PNG.png\" alt=\"ho pizza_04  PNG\" width=\"479\" height=\"334\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nutrional ingredients on the package are stated:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/king-arthur-ingredients.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1290 size-full\" title=\"king arthur ingredients\" src=\"http:\/\/burgersdogspizza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/king-arthur-ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"king arthur ingredients\" width=\"250\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following allergen notes are on the package, as well:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> <span id=\"ingredients\">King Arthur Unbleached Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), durum wheat, inactive yeast, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, cornstarch).
