get your venison sausage on!) \u00a0The market carries over 300 varieties of Wisconsin cheese, and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cheese_curd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fresh curds<\/a> (squeaky cheese) are available every Thursday!<\/p>\n<p>I picked up their garlic ring bologna, which is a beef\/pork combination in a natural casing, with mild herbs and spices for flavoring. \u00a0It&#8217;s a nice fine grind, excellent casing, and mild flavor. \u00a0It&#8217;s not nearly as strong as &#8220;Chicago style&#8221;
