BurgerDogBoy Takes A Day Off From Red Meat

WTF? Yes, even I take one day a week off from burgers and dogs. This is blackened shrimp & scallops, will have a grilled lobster tail on top, made a lemon garlic mustard vinaigrette to splash on it. In the freezer for 30 minutes prior to serving, its 95 degrees here today!
